Mofazzel Hossain Milon stated his career in Ready Made Garments Industry in 1984 and since then, he accomplished many Multinational buying projects. He has been working with Jeans &Polo as Director Since 2012. He is trained in Quality Control System, andexperienced working with a number of foreign buyers including Charming Shopps Inc., Inter Ocean Export (HK) Ltd. Furthermore, MofazzolHossain also accomplished as General Manager in Opex Sinha Group; one of the pioneering Garments manufacturing companies in Bangladesh. He is one of the few Denim Garment experts in Bangladesh.

Sameer Lal Bhowmick Graduated and had his Masters in 1985 Management from Chottogram University Bangladesh and startedhis career as General Manager at Crown Group of Company in 1984. He is a Chartered Accountant and working as General Manager at Jeans & Polo Ltd. since 2008. He has expertise in administration, accounting and management. In addition, Sameer completed DMDC from Chottogram Center.
